Terms and Conditions

1. The contract, including the AGB between purchaser and Norbert Meier, (www.NorbertMeier.de, www.Luftschiffmodellbaubogen.de, www.Modellbaubogen.com, www.airship-model.com, www.nomo.de, www.papermodelsheet.com) is binding through a written order via mail or fax or through a form-based order in the internet shop.

2. The distribution usually takes place via Deutsche Post AG to the given home or office address. Transmissions to P.O.boxes or post storing transmissions are impossible. The recipient takes the risk for the dispatch.

3. Germany: Orders starting from a commodity value of 60 € are distributed within Germany for free. For orders with a low commodity value I calculate a fee for postage and packaging of 3 €. Payment is only possible via pre-payment. After receiving your order, I will send out a confirmation via eMail, fax or mail.

EU countries: I charge a flat rate of 8 euros for postage and packaging. Payment is always made in advance after receipt of a confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter with invoice. All costs of the payment transaction shall be borne by the customer.

5. All other foreign countries: After order I send out an answer mail with the resulting costs, including fees for postage and packing and bank fees. Payment is only possible via pre- payment, after the receival of a confirmation of order via eMail, fax or post with all resulting costs. All transmission costs are debited to the person ordering.

6. Right of return: If an article is not satisfactory, it can be exchanged within 14 days after receiving the order, only under the condition that commodity is unused, intact and in the original packaging. The commodity has to be packed and sent back to me, sufficiently franked. I do not accept unfranked packages.

7. All rights are reserved by me for mistakes, price adjustments, changes of products as well as the unavailability of articles. All prices include value added tax. The guarantee period is 24 months. I do not take the liability for construction, accuracy and colour as well as changes in products. All model-specific data are without guarantee.

8. All delivered goods remain, up to the complete payment, my property. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction for the mutual agreement is Bielefeld (Germany).

9. If one or more of these trading conditions should be or become legally ineffective, then the valid regulations take over in their place. The remaining regulations remain thereby unaffected.
