The Pirate's Bride critically sizes up her perspective grooms as she glances from man to man. Who is the right one? Obviously they want a decision. But often there is a third way.

The handle moves a horizontal cam shaft. Two staggered cams move a friction wheel as the vertical shafts rotate to and fro. The heads of the pirates move accordingly. The rotation of the movement is limited by stops.
